Our commitment for the environment

We believe that every good deed counts - that's why we try to make as much as possible in our company sustainable. From raising awareness among our employees to calculating the CO₂ footprint for the entire company. It is important to us to contribute to the protection of our home - the earth. Inspired by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, we have decided on our projects and measures. Here you can discover what we have already been able to implement. In a world increasingly characterised by environmental problems and resource scarcity, sustainable materials are becoming more and more important. They play a crucial role in shaping a better future in which we use our resources more responsibly and minimise our impact on the environment. use the sun

Since August 2017, an approximately 1,000 m² photovoltaic system on the roof of our company building has been producing environmentally friendly solar electricity. The system covers about one third of our annual demand and also feeds in electricity. In this way, we save around 70 tonnes of CO₂ per year.

Insects' paradise

Our outdoor space has many green areas that we now only mow twice a year so that insects have a source of food. Many bees and bumblebees come here to collect their nectar. And what could be more beautiful than a colourful meadow?

GO IN recharges

You can fill up "green" with us. We have 15 charging stations for e-cars in our company car park to make electric mobility more attractive. In addition, there is a charging station for e-bikes so that the battery is also enough for the way home.

Trees for stars

For your Google review we plant a tree for you! Together with our partner Review Forest, we support the Eden Reforestation Project in Madagascar with every rating. The organization manages three reforestation projects on the island. Everything from mangrove forests to dry deciduous forests are included. The reforestation protects the coastline from storms and weather events and the highlands from flooding. We look forward to your review and planting a tree for you!

emission free

Our website is climate neutral due to a CO₂ offset. The calculation of the emissions caused is based on the page views of our site. With the compensation we support selected climate protection projects.

Together we are strong!

The social aspect must not be forgotten when it comes to sustainability. We have been living the topic of inclusion in our company for many years. Through the Wunsch.Arbeit brand of IWL gGmbH, people with disabilities work in our company and we are pleased that they have become an important and integral part of our team. In an Interview Christoph tells us more about his everyday life with us. In addition, our employees are actively involved in social activities such as collecting food for the local food bank.

Employee events

Of course, we also want to do something good for our employees, so we provide a fruit basket filled with tasty snacks for in-between meals. All employees also receive an allowance for a local gym. In addition, there are several events a year, such as a visit to the climbing garden, participation in the B2B Run in Munich and a summer party.
